Ghost Support

The Dr. Dabber Ghost vape pen is the original low-heat vaporizer pen for oils and waxes. Our Titanium Technology heats to the ideal temperature slowly, instead of burning red hot on contact. This eliminates the burned, electric taste synonymous with vaporizer pens, ensuring you can enjoy the flavor of your oils or waxes. Nothing is more durable or reliable than the Dr.Dabber Ghost!

The Basics

How to load and use your pen

Do not dry burn atomizers. This will help extend the life and flavor of these parts, there should always be oil on the coils while vaporizing. Atomizers are not covered under warranty as they are are disposable components and will need to be replaced over time. We recommend between 2-4 months depending on usage. Your atomizers will begin to season overtime, allowing them to produce more vapor with less concentrates.

The Ghost is made up of four components, that all come together to create your pen. However, any 510 threading cartridge can be used on the battery. Extremely low viscosity oils are best to be used in a 510 threaded cartridge.

Try not to let your battery die out completely to extend the life of the battery. Please remove the charging cord as soon as the unit is fully charged, as the cord will not stop the trickle-down effect, meaning it will slowly start to lose power over time after a full charge, while plugged in. You can always unplug and plug the unit back in to check if it needs a few more minutes for a full charge.

Keeping It Clean

Remember to keep your device clean for long-term usage and overall performance. We recommend using a cotton swab or paper towel dipped in isopropyl alcohol of 91% or higher to clean any residue in and around the battery, charger, atomizers, and mouthpiece. Below are more detailed instructions for cleaning the atomizers. Please DO NOT use a torch with any of your components.

Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing a connection issue with the battery try the following tip!

Remove the atomizer from the battery on the top of the battery you will see a metal circle in the center, this is the firing/connection pin, which connects to the atomizer to heat it up. This is a spring-loaded firing pin. The spring maybe pushed down too far and not sitting flush with your atomizers or charger. We recommend cleaning any existing residue on the battery, atomizer and charger with a cotton swab and Isopropyl Alcohol. Then, grab a clean dab tool or anything tiny that can fit on the side of this pin, very gently lift the firing pin up towards the rim while spinning the battery so that it sits higher up inside the battery housing. *Please be gentle while doing this and be careful as you do not want this pin to dislodge from the battery housing. This should help resolve connection issues and get your atomizers to heat up properly as well as provide a better connection with your charger. We have added a video demonstration for your reference.
