Weed that smells like lemon
Strain Name: Lemon Skunk X Maui Wowie
Looks: dark green, dark red hairs,a few crystals
Smell: Lemon and a pinch a earthy smell
Taste: Lemon with a pine aftertaste.
Effects: Couch lock, cough lock, heavy eyes, sleepy if smoked too much.My homeboy just passed out.And I’m having a hard typing this up.Its been actually 2 hours and I still feel really high. This is a good strain for relaxing and listening to music or a sucky movie.I love this strain because I literally start to day dream and then I get lost in some other world or as you would call it Cloud 9.
Good Strain For: relaxing,sleeping,unwinding,forgetting things,
Strain Name: Diesel
Type: Indica / Sative – Mostly Sativa
Genetics: Mexican Sativa x Afghani
Looks: Dense fluffy buds under 600w lights. Hairs stick out everywhere! Leaves turn purple and the trichomes seem to concentrate more on the bud than the leaf.
Smell: Like lemon/lime with a splash of diesel fuel.
Taste: Same as smell! Leaves after taste of lime that will hit your taste buds for an hour or so!
Effects: Nice relaxed stone, still able to complete tasks easily. Good for anxiety – doesn’t make your heart race or make you paranoid.

Strain Name: Lemon Skunk feminized seed from Green House Seed company
Type: 60% sativa 40% indica
Looks:light green, lots of orange hairs, nice tri-chome coverage.Pics don’t do justice
Smell:when it was growing even the next room you could smell the skunk but when you were close up you could smell the lemon .Biting piercing lemon .But not so sweet like lemon drops, but more dank lemon.Pure lemon pledge almost fuely
Taste: Nummy… marijuana is like wine in that it has many complex flavors and this is one truly lemony skunk
Effects: its very balanced high not to racey or to couch lockey. But a little more daytime then night-time,definite motivation boost
Potency: About a 9 .An inexperienced smoker, 1-2 bong hits be enough. But experienced smoker smoke all day long and be feeling good and high the whole day. According to GreenHouse Seeds its breeder, its THC level is measured at 20%.Unfortunately like all Greenhouse strains its notoriously difficult to clone.I’ve talked to other people who had the same problem.I think they use some type of root inhibitor. So its easier just to buy new seeds from them, then to deal with trying to get them to root. But their seeds are very viable usually being the first ones to crack.I’ve ordered a few strains from them and never had one seed fail. A few more GreenHouse strain reviews coming up the next couple months and Mandala seed reviews coming up later on too

Good Strain For: anxiety joint pain osteoperosis depression cancer and much more
Strain Name: I don’t know, maybe someone can tell me?
Type: both indica/sativa
Looks: small, dense, mossy green buds no bigger than popcorn. orangy/brown hairs, some longer white hairs, somewhat sticky and as the pictures show the buds are generously laced with crystals.
Smell: almost like a mild Eucalyptus affect when you put
nose in the bag and take a deep inhale. There’s also a soft lemony pine scent at first. I love the smell of it.
Taste Unsure really what I’m tasting to be honest. Its like fresh
earthy aftertaste, maybe a little nutty or woodsy…
Effects: soft, slow incline (creeper), you feel it instantly after your first few exhales. Unlike other creepers that I HATE, this is pleasant. I’v been smoking for a long time always in search for that “perfect” medium. And I can’t stop talking about this one and I don’t even know what its called. There’s a slight Europhic feel at the peak of the incline for myself and fellow testers. It has a creativity affect, creates a clear mind, almost like the affect Ritalin does for someone with ADHD..
On the other I wanted to see how much I could smoke before I started to feel “car sick”. Couchlock for sure if you smoke more than you would usually but no real big head spins or the feeling of having motion sickness. It made me feel like I had one beer too many which I don’t like. But for the sake of research 🙂
I’m super sensitive to the buzz that I like to obtain for the most part I usually only take a few puffs and usually that’s too much, but this strain is mild and therapeutic. Its very good for day time AND night time (smoked in a vape).
Potency: strong enough. I’ve had an advanced smoker tell me it
was nothing like he’s tried in a long time. He can’t quite put his finger on it.

Promoting creativity, motivation. for Nighttime: ( upgrade the dosage to a vape or an extra puff or two from a joint). Calming effect, feel it in ur eyes, then creeps to the rest of ur body. I like it for its “libido enhancer”. Hard to explain.

– Looks –
This particular bud didn’t look the best. I have a feeling that it is outdoor stuff . It is a pale grass green with a light trichromes dusting. This one is almost naked of hairs. The few hairs that it does have are a light orange fluff.
– Aroma –
Oddly enough this earthy kush smells very fruity. It almost burns the nose with its deep lemon scent with a light orange zest.
– Tastes –
This kush tastes really earthy. It covers your mouth in a musky almost dusty taste.
– Effects –
This strain is a reliable friend that makes you LOL uncontrollably. This uplifting and sensual medicine will have you out of a funk in no time. It also gives you that “magic blanket” feeling all over your body. This one is definitely good for restoring appetite! It is also one for those with anxiety or depression. This is an all-day strain that can be used before work, after work, or even before bed!
– Duration –
When using 0.05 grams – 30-40 mins medicinal-level potency; about 60-90 mins overall.
This strain lasts long enough to get to sleep and stay there or to relax after work. When writing a review I use this amount so that I will never be too medicated to write!
– Medicinal Traits –
Relief of pain (especially: neck, back, and joints), anxiety, depression, lack of appetite, insomnia, anger, and fatigue.
– Overall –
This weed is not the best looking or tasting, but it is a great strain for pain and several other issues. I was very pleased at the positives and the negatives weren’t bad enough to really complain. I was also pleased to find that this is one of few strains that truly gives me munchies. This one is GREAT for those with lack of appetite and depression.
Thanks for reading! I hope you enjoyed! And I hope you get to try some TAHOE KUSH soon!
Top 10 Citrus-Flavored Cannabis Strains
Bursting with flavor and enticing aromas, citrusy cannabis strains have captured the attention of connoisseurs ever since Super Lemon Haze won the Cannabis Cup back in 2008.
With familiar aromas reminiscent of a variety of fruits including oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes, these uniquely delicious cannabis strains have become more desirable as consumers shift their focus from THC potency to flavor.
Cannabis smells like lemons because of the presence of limonene, a terpene that’s also responsible for the aroma of citrus fruits. Terpenes are part of the molecular building blocks of all plants, with a wide variety of different terpenes working simultaneously to create the complex, luscious aromas of different cannabis strains.
Beyond the power to simply smell amazing, terpenes also have medical benefits that contribute to the healing power of cannabis. Limonene is proven to help uplift mood and thwart symptoms of depression and anxiety, as well as reduce inflammation and stimulate the immune system, among other effects.

“This bright-green flower
exudes aromas of creamy banana candy. “
Double Banana Tangie
Genetics: Tangie x Banana OG x Tangie
So loud and so frosty, this bright-green flower exudes aromas of creamy banana candy (much like banana-flavored Laffy Taffy), mixed with hints of sharp citrus and earth in the background. The presence of the Banana OG in this genetic cross mellows multiple aspects of the flower. First, it sweetens the flavor, making for a very clean citrus taste and smell. Second, it makes for a much more relaxing high than one would expect. Double Banana Tangie delivers a typical hybrid-style effect, somewhat energizing and physically relaxing. This is a good one to share with friends, as it isn’t overly heavy in low to moderate doses.
Caked in resin, the dense, large buds of this highly sought-after flower exude a complex aroma that is at once sharp and sweet, yet extremely savory, not unlike perfectly-seasoned barbecue topped with a hefty sprinkling of lemon zest. When inhaled, the citrusy smoke releases an invigorating buzz that relieves tension in body and mind. Pleasantly euphoric, the user is now relaxed and free from the burdens of stress, anxiety, and fatigue. As the experience winds down, calming lucidity transforms into stony lethargy, so it’s best to reserve this flower for use in the evenings, especially if you have a lower tolerance for THC.
“Smells like a combination of freshly-peeled oranges and Fruity Pebbles cereal. “
Genetics: Champagne x Blackberry
Wow, this flower looks insane! The buds blend tones of bright green and a deep purple that’s almost black; swathed in an impressive layer of sparkling THC-filled trichomes. This cannabis smells like a combination of freshly-peeled oranges and Fruity Pebbles cereal, it’s very sweet and citrusy. With well-balanced genetics and significant terpene content, this strain possesses versatile psychoactive effects that create a fun, giddy high. Rainbow Sherbet often imparts a feeling of focused creativity, along with a pleasant buzz throughout the body. Patients will find that it can relieve stress, anxiety, and pain very quickly; all with very little risk of feeling “couchlocked.”.
Genetics: Tangelo x Boost
An exclusive strain grown by GoodNeighbor Co., this small batch, boutique flower boasts large, thick nugs swathed in bright shades of green, fuchsia, purple, and orange, all tinted a brilliant white by a stunning coat of milky trichomes.
With a unique aroma full of pungent citrus, sweet earth, and a skunky, savory funk, Banjo’s nose is immediately reminiscent of an expertly-grown Tangie. Surprisingly potent, the buzz causes a flurry of thought to wash through the brain, stimulating all available mental faculties, inspiring creativity and stoking motivation. Delightfully uplifting, euphoric, and quite cerebral, Banjo allows you to spring forward enthusiastically into the day, especially for users with a higher tolerance. Although classified as a Sativa, the high evolves into a deeply calming relaxation, easing tension in both body and mind. In that way, it’s a perfect choice for connoisseurs who wouldn’t normally choose a Sativa, but desire a more stimulating effect than they’re used to.
“Huge notes of freshly-peeled mandarin orange delicately mingle with a full-bodied tang. “
Genetics: California Orange x Skunk
Like many Sativa flowers, Tangie excels in the realm of flavor and effect, but is often lacking in bud structure. Fortunately, that is not the case with this specific variety! The nugs are chunky, large, extremely frosty, and of course, incredibly loud. Huge notes of freshly-peeled mandarin orange delicately mingle with a full-bodied tang, balancing the flavor with a bit of savoriness. The effects are almost jarringly uplifting, delivering a lucid, energetic buzz that quickly creeps into the brain, releasing a torrent of nonlinear thought perfect for a creative task. After the initial burst of euphoria, the high mellows into a grounded, motivated passion, making this flower a potent remedy for fatigue and stress, and also an ideal choice for daytime activities.
Genetics: Tangie x Banana Sherbet
Large, thick, perfectly-cured nugs wrapped in hues of violet, green, and gold, momentarily obstructed by tufts of delicately-colored pistils vying for space amongst a blanket of fine white trichomes. The smell explodes out of the jar, invading the nose with fresh, sharp tangerine, savory citrus rind, and just a hint of fuel.
The Banana Split’s warm, giddy buzz seeps into the user’s head, creeping up on you well after the smoke is exhaled, calming any stress, anxiety, or tension. Your eyelids get heavy, and your body feels floaty, but your mind will remain lucid and pleasantly euphoric. With uplifting effects and crazy delicious flavor, Banana Split is a perfect choice for sharing during a gathering of friends.
